Can I return items for a refund?

Return Policy

Customers returning merchandise for store credit, refund, or replacement must contact Customer Service at 888.707.5111 or email awards@netTrophy.com for authorization.

 

  
  • Please notify netTrophy of pending returns within 7 business days of the order delivery date.
 
 
  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the original invoice.
 
 
  • Engraved items such as plaques, plates, name badges, acrylics, and crystals are NON-REFUNDABLE
 
 
  • Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE
