All trophy heights are based on a 5 1/2" figure. Trophy figures range from 3" to 6" tall typicaly with most figures at 5 1/2" tall.

How much text can I put on my award?

It depends on the item selected. Trophies usually have either 2 or 3 lines with between 20-40 letters per line. The exact amount will depend on the trophy selected. Medals can usually accommodate up to 3 lines with 10-13 letters per line. In either case, when the award is added to your shopping cart, the inscription information form will tell you what is available and then let you enter and display it exactly as it will be built. It will not allow you to enter more text than will fit on your chosen award.

I have a huge order of similar trophies but the inscriptions are different on each. How can I easily handle the personalization?

The trophy order page allows you to enter the inscription information for your award as well as any other customizations. When the trophy settings are exactly as you want them, simply press the "add to my cart" button to place the item in your shopping cart. The trophy order page then reappears with your inscriptions and other customizations still intact. This allows you to make small modifications (for example, changing the third line of text from "2nd Place" to "3rd Place" ) and order more items without having to retype in any of the information that remains the same on all awards.

However, if you do have problems specifying the inscriptions, please leave the personalization information blank and e-mail us the instructions at engraving. Please don't forget to include the order confirmation number with your e-mail.

How long will it take?

At NetTrophy, our goal is to always ship your awards within 3-5 working days, no matter how large the order or what time of year it is. Once your order is received, we will immediately review your entire order and confirm your customizations. If there are no problems, we will begin work on the order. As soon as your order ships, we will e-mail you an order confirmation which will include the UPS tracking number.

How much is shipping?

NetTrophy offers FREE Ground UPS Shipping to addresses in the continental U.S. on all orders totaling $100 or more. Orders totaling less than $100 are subject to a $9.49 shipping and handling fee. Please read all about your shipping options on our shipping page.

I need this order fast, really fast. What is the cost for air shipments?

The cost of expedited shipping varies on how fast you want it. NetTrophy offers multiple shipping options including overnight service. Please refer to our shipping chart for the cost of these options. Can I track an order after you have shipped it?

Can you ship to overseas U.S. Military addresses?

Unfortunately, we have discontinued shipping to overseas addresses. This is due to the inability to guarantee any reasonable timeframe for the delivery and the inconsistancy of the treatment that the products receive. We have always strived to support our customers around the world but the chances of a problem occuring during overseas shipment are so much greater than with domestic orders. Normally, this may be OK with the customer but since Awards are usually desired by a specific date for presentation, any descrepancy during delivery has the potential to cause a big problem. We have always believed that the sale is not complete untill the Awards are in your hands and this situation was not acceptable. We are sorry. Is shopping on the internet safe?

Yes. NetTrophy uses only the highest level of security available. Our SSL (secure socket layer) server encrypts your credit card data so that even if someone managed to intercept it, it would be useless. Are you sure it's safe to send credit card information over the internet?

Yes, in fact, we guarantee your security. Usually credit card companies limit a customers liability to $50 when their card is lost or stolen. We are so sure of our systems security that we will reimburse you these charges (up to $50) that your credit card company charges you due to a stolen account number that happened as a direct result of you doing online business with NetTrophy. What about sales tax?

Orders shipped to California addresses will have a sales tax of 7.25% added to the total. If you don't live in California, and your state has a sales tax, it is your responsibility to pay the sales tax directly to your state government. If you are an California institution exempt from sales tax then e-mail us at customer service with your tax exemption number and you won't be charged for sales tax.

What if I have a problem?

Please e-mail customer service as soon as you notice the problem. If it is an engraving mistake, we can usually send out a replacement plate right away rather then you having to return the whole award. But in any case, don't worry, we will work with you to make it right.

Can I return items for a refund?

Merchandise to be returned for store credit, refund, or replacement must have written permission obtained in advance. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returns to ensure proper credit is given. Please e-mail Customer Service for this authorization. The items must be in saleable condition and a 30% restocking fee (minimum $3.00 per award) will be deducted. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Will products resemble pictures?

Images of products are for example purposes only. Colors, bases, columns, figures and actual products may differ based on product selection and availability. We reserve the right to upgrade your product if an item is not available to meet the scheduled delivery, this would be done at no additional charge.

One of the ways we achieve our industry leading low prices is by maintaining our complete catalog online. This enables us to show you our selection with all the recent additions included and the obsolete items removed. This also means no surprises for you and eliminates the considerable expense associated with producing, distributing and revising paper catalogs.
